This position is responsible for answering/assisting queries and complaints from the customers regarding the products and services of one of Japan's largest electronic company, all thru email amd chat in a timely manner.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 




  • Takes emails and chats from customers

  • Encode data from various documents into computer system for storage, processing and data management purposes. 

  • Document processing and sending fax when needed.

  • Monitors updates on service subscription and document reissuance requests.

  • Verifies entered customers and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.

  • Processing of reward points issuance requests.

  • Protects the Clients and Operations by keeping the confidential information.

  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures. 



REQUIREMENTS




  • Have good attendance and willing to work on shifting schedule even during weekends and holidays

  • Have at least JLPT N3 Certificate (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) 

  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, word etc.)

  • Proven ability to type at the required speed (at least 45word per minute)

  • Accurate keyboard skills and can enter Japanese characters accurately

  • Can read and understand business Japanese

  • Strong Japanases comprehension skills 

  • Fast learner and can work under pressure

  • Attention to detail

  • Problem solving skills

  • Willing to work in BGC.
