What You’ll be Doing
Do you have a passion for technology and helping others? In this role, you’ll work to resolve technical requests or complex calls from customers. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
During a Typical Day, You’ll

What You Bring to the Role

Accepts High School graduate (old curriculum) or equivalent education

Must have at least one (1) year of technical support or any technical and computer related experience

Great written communication skills including grammar and spelling

You lead by example and work with your team to contribute to the overall success of your client program

Comfortable with decision making by assessing the situation, researching potential solution ns and making recommendations

Area of residence should be 45 kms. of any TTEC site (5-Ecom Pasay, UP Technohub & Sta.? Rosa)?
The Equipment You'll Need?

Have the right connection – a home internet connection of?at least 40 MBPS?(you may do a quick check through Fast.com)???

Computer – we’ll supply and deliver at your doorstep???

Must be able to hard-wire (via ethernet cord) directly into your home modem???
Must have a quiet workspace that is within a reasonable proximity of your router so that you can plug in while working.???
