Job Description
What we offer:

- Day shift, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records (AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations).
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and analysis for business units.
- Generate timely financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) for performance assessment.
- Monitor and analyze expenses, suggest cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage vendor relationships, and ensure accurate invoicing and payments.
- Oversee cash flow and reconcile accounts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate on financial forecasts and projections.
- Work cross-functionally to provide financial insights and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years' proven finance/accounting experience in retail/hospitality is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, Xero, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent worker with strong prioritization skills.
