Job Overview:
We are hiring a Customer Service Associate to assist with insurance-related customer inquiries and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy helping others and solving problems, this position is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with questions about their insurance policies, billing, and claims.
- Process requests for updates and account changes with accuracy.
- Document customer interactions in the system and ensure records are kept up to date.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Senior High School graduate.
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
