Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide top-notch assistance to customers within the insurance industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, empathetic, and committed to delivering excellent service.

Location: Iloilo, Philippines

Responsibilities:

Address customer inquiries about insurance policies, premiums, and claims through phone, email, and chat.

Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with company guidelines.

Maintain updated and detailed records of customer interactions in the system.

Educate customers on available insurance products and services.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

Must be at least a Senior High School graduate.

A minimum of 1 year of experience working in the BPO or customer service industry.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
