JOB TITLE: ServiceNow Developer / ServiceNow Architect / ServiceNow SME

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developers to provide functional and technical expertise across the planning, design, development, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow applications.

The role involves working in an Agile environment to deliver scalable and innovative ServiceNow solutions across projects of varying complexity.

IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or architecture.
• Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in at least one of the following ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM.
• Must currently be located in the Philippines.
• Must have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
• Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig.
• Must be amenable to a shifting schedule.
• Must not be a current or former employee of Accenture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide functional and technical expertise for planning, analysis, design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications.
• Design, build, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and testable applications.
• Develop ServiceNow applications based on agreed user stories and sprint requirements.
• Work collaboratively within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Conduct impact assessments and contribute to solution estimates.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve ServiceNow issues and incidents.
• Apply automation and innovative solutions to improve processes.
• Support ServiceNow patching, upgrades, impact analysis, and testing.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices, software engineering standards, and ITIL methodology.
• Identify project risks and issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and required deliverables.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• ServiceNow development or architecture experience.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow products and modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Any ServiceNow certification.
• ITIL knowledge or certification.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• GenAI knowledge or experience.
• Systems engineering or software development background.
• Automation experience and a mindset to automate processes.
