Job Title: AP & RTR English Language Specialist

Location: Chennai

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA

Band: BPO 3

Employment Type: Full-time

We are hiring experienced Finance & Accounting professionals for AP (Accounts Payable) and RTR (Record to Report) processes. Candidates should possess excellent English communication skills along with relevant domain expertise.

Open Positions

1. RTR English Language Specialist

Key Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Good knowledge of Record to Report (RTR) processes and accounting fundamentals

  • Experience in journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP FI preferred)

  • Understanding of GAAP and IFRS concepts

  • Ability to work under tight closing timelines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform month-end and period-end closing activities

  • Prepare and post journal entries

  • Execute balance sheet and bank reconciliations

  • Investigate and resolve open items

  • Support management reporting and variance analysis

  • Assist in internal and external audits

  • Maintain reconciliation and close documentation


2. AP English Language Specialist

Key Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills

  • End-to-end knowledge of the Accounts Payable lifecycle

  • Experience in invoice processing, matching, and posting

  • Working knowledge of SAP AP transactions

  • Understanding of AP controls, compliance, and audit requirements

  • Ability to manage high transaction volumes and meet SLAs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices through 2-way and 3-way matching

  • Post invoices and resolve pricing, quantity, tax, and duplicate invoice exceptions

  • Support payment proposals and payment runs

  • Handle vendor and employee queries via email and ticketing systems

  • Perform vendor reconciliations and GR/IR clean-up

  • Support month-end closing and reporting activities

  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and internal controls

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in AP or RTR

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Experience with SAP is preferred
