Location: Chennai

Experience: 3–8 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education – 10+2+3)
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA
Band: BPO 2/3
Shift: 12:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night/Rotational Shift)
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

Key Skills Required:

3–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics
Strong SQL and data modeling skills
Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or DOMO
Advanced Excel and data visualization expertise
Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and ETL processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows
Collaborate with IT and business teams for data integration
Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) by developing reports, KPI dashboards, forecasting models, and performance analysis
Provide meaningful insights to support strategic business decisions

Eligibility:

3–8 years of relevant Business Intelligence/Analytics experience
Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Excel, and data modeling
Willing to work from the Chennai office in rotational night shifts
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply
