Capital Projects Management Specialist

What would you do? We are seeking a Specialized Scheduler with strong expertise in Primavera P6 and hands-on infrastructure project scheduling experience to support Scheduling Operations Services for hyperscale data centre infrastructure programs. This role will focus on Primavera P6-based schedule development, maintenance, and execution across multiple infrastructure projects. Working closely with Scheduling Leads and global delivery teams, the Specialized Scheduler will ensure accurate schedule updates, timely reporting, and efficient execution of scheduling operations while maintaining high standards of schedule quality and data integrity. Given the operational nature of the role, deep hands-on experience with Primavera P6 scheduling, activity sequencing, schedule maintenance, and reporting is essential. Investment project management and control capabilities related to grid assets to enable the energy transition (e.g. transmission interconnections).


Skills Required:


1. Hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling experience in infrastructure or capital projects.

2.Expertise in schedule development, updates, baselines, WBS, critical path, and milestone tracking.

3.Knowledge of project lifecycle stages: planning, engineering, construction, and commissioning.

4.Experience in schedule analytics, progress tracking, variance analysis, and reporting.

5.Exposure to hyperscale data centres or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.

6.Strong analytical, problem-solving, multi-project coordination, and process improvement skills.

7.PMP / PMI-SP / Primavera certification preferred.


Roles & Responsibilities


1.Develop, update, and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.

2.Monitor project progress, critical path activities, milestones, and schedule baselines.

3.Perform schedule health checks, progress validation, variance analysis, and performance reporting.

4.Ensure schedule accuracy, data integrity, version control, and compliance with scheduling standards.

5.Support time impact assessments, scenario modelling, schedule optimization, and planning activities.

6.Coordinate with scheduling leads, project teams, and global stakeholders across multiple projects.

7.Resolve moderately complex scheduling issues and contribute to process improvements.

8.Manage assigned work efforts and support team objectives under management guidance.

9.Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, if required.
