Role Summary

We are hiring a Specialized Scheduler with strong Primavera P6 expertise and hands-on infrastructure project scheduling experience. You will support scheduling operations for hyperscale data centre infrastructure programs and capital projects, and for investment project management and control of grid assets that support the energy transition (for example, transmission interconnections). You will work closely with Scheduling Leads and global delivery teams to keep schedules accurate, reporting timely and data quality high.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain integrated project schedules in Primavera P6
• 
  
• Monitor project progress, critical path activities, milestones and schedule baselines
• 
  
• Run schedule health checks, progress validation, variance analysis and performance reporting
• 
  
• Ensure schedule accuracy, data integrity, version control and compliance with scheduling standards
• 
  
• Support time impact assessments, scenario modelling, schedule optimization and planning
• 
  
• Coordinate with scheduling leads, project teams and global stakeholders across multiple projects
• 
  
• Resolve moderately complex scheduling issues and contribute to process improvements
• 
  
• Manage assigned work and support team objectives under management guidance
• 
  
• Work in rotational shifts, if required

Qualifications

• BE in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 
  

Required Skills

• Hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling experience in infrastructure or capital projects
• 
  
• Expertise in schedule development, updates, baselines, WBS, critical path and milestone tracking
• 
  
• Knowledge of the project lifecycle: planning, engineering, construction and commissioning

• Experience in schedule analytics, progress tracking, variance analysis and reporting
• 
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 
  
• Multi-project coordination and process improvement skills
