The Contact Center Executive will be the first point of contact for customer queries, offering expert support in an Australian voice and blended process environment.



Role Highlights:




  • Deliver outstanding support via phone, email, and chat.

  • Maintain accurate records and troubleshoot service interruptions.

  • Apply payments and assist in feature modifications.



Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree and up to 2 years of experience.

  • Excellent communication skills tailored to Australian voice standards.
