- Address inquiries and complaints via calls and chats.
- Apply adjustments to accounts as per policy.
- Liaise with internal teams for swift issue resolution.
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree with call center experience preferred.
- Expertise in Australian voice communication and blended support tools.
