We’re seeking a proactive Customer Relations Officer to support customers in a blended process involving Australian voice interactions and digital communications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed product guidance and resolve issues promptly.
- Handle trouble tickets and escalate concerns effectively.
- Promote digital tools for self-service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with excellent communication skills in Australian voice.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
