Customer Service Associate – International Voice
Locations: Mumbai / Pune
Process: International Voice (Banking & Cards – US/Australia)
Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA CTC
Hiring Grade: BPOZ / BPO1 / BPO2
We are hiring Customer Service Associates for an International Voice Process. If you have excellent communication skills and prior international customer service experience, we'd love to hear from you.
Eligibility
Graduate with 1–3 years of relevant experience in the contact center industry.
HSC with 18 months–3 years of relevant contact center experience.
Experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.
Experience in Banking, Travel, Healthcare, Collections, E-commerce, Telecom, or Technical Support is preferred (especially for Pune).
Strong English communication with a neutral accent.
Good computer proficiency and data entry skills.
Willing to work in a 24x7 rotational shift (US/UK/Australia business hours).
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through voice support.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Meet SLA, quality, and productivity targets.
Focus on customer satisfaction and key performance metrics.
Follow process guidelines and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Required Skills

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Good analytical and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
