We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International Voice Process in Bangalore. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, international customer support experience, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while handling technical and account-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer interactions through voice, chat, and email channels.
Provide first-call resolution whenever possible and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with subscription management, billing inquiries, cancellations, refunds, and invoice-related concerns.
Support account-related issues including login problems, password recovery, account verification, and account access troubleshooting.
Guide customers through software installation, activation, deployment, and usage across Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
Educate customers on product features, upgrades, downgrades, add-ons, and licensing options.
Identify opportunities for customer retention, cross-selling, and upselling while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Diagnose customer issues by asking relevant questions and determining root causes for effective resolution.
Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-up on open cases.
Escalate complex issues when required and share recurring trends or product feedback with internal teams.
Meet operational KPIs, quality standards, customer satisfaction metrics, and sales targets.

Customer Service & Problem Solving
Experience handling international voice support processes.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
Experience in customer retention, cross-selling, and upselling.
Familiarity with CRM tools and case management processes.
Technical Knowledge (Preferred)
Understanding of Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android environments.
Experience supporting SaaS or software products.
Knowledge of software installation, activation, licensing, and account management.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
Minimum experience in an International Voice Process.
Excellent English communication skills.
Experience in customer service, technical support, sales support, or related functions.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Must be willing to work from the Bangalore office.
Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
