*Job Description:*

We are looking for a Delivery Excellence Partner to drive data-driven culture, process improvements, and quality initiatives across client accounts. You will lead Lean Six Sigma projects, deploy Quality Management Systems, and ensure best-in-class client satisfaction.

*Education:*

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

- Non-technical graduation and/or Masters in Finance & Accounts stream - MCOM, MBA in Finance, CA/ICWA

- Engineering background with proven Black Belt or transformation expertise in Finance and Accounts processes is also accepted

*Must Have:*

- BPO exposure in Process Improvement and Quality

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified

- Experience in driving LSS / Process Improvement projects

*Good to Have:*

- Black Belt / Master Black Belt certified

- Exposure to Finance & Accounting domain on process improvements & quality deployment

- Experience in RPA / Agentic AI deployments

- Exposure to CMMi / ISO certifications

*Purpose of the Role:*

- Drive data-driven culture in operations by imparting quality tools and methodologies training

- Ensure best-in-class client satisfaction rating through Delivery Excellence initiatives

- Facilitate deployment of Quality Management System including ISO and CMMi practices

- Drive business process improvements leveraging Lean Six Sigma

*Primary Responsibilities:*

- Conduct thought leadership workshops and develop continuous improvement roadmap for client accounts

- Lead & mentor Process Improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma to deliver business value and productivity improvements

- Build competencies on Quality Management Systems, Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation techniques

- Drive innovation and automation projects for award-winning case studies

- Drive effective No Surprise framework to proactively identify and mitigate process risks

- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure Delivery Excellence initiatives are deployed and recognized

*Critical Success Factors:*

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Analytical, detail-oriented, and logical problem-solving approach

- Client and stakeholder management skills

- Influencing and program management skills

- Assertive, self-driven, and goal-oriented with a will to challenge status quo

*Experience Requirements:*

- Overall 10+ years of work experience with proven expertise in business problem solving

- Must have exposure to Service industry

- Demonstrated experience in Lean Six Sigma, Automation, Data Analytics, ML, AI is an advantage

- LSS Green Belt mandatory. QMS, Black Belt, Master Black Belt, Agile, Digital, PMP certifications are an advantage

- At least 4 years of experience as Lean Six Sigma or Transformation professional for FAO processes is mandatory

*Other Requirements:*

- Willing to work in all shifts

- Willing to travel to any location as per client/organization requirements

- PAN and DOB required for profile creation
