Hiring: Delivery Manager – HRIS
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 7–10 Years
Band: BPO 6
Salary: Up to ₹20 LPA
Job Requirements:
7–10 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS Delivery, or HRO Service Management.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors.
Good understanding of US Payroll statutory compliance, taxation, and reporting.
Experience in HRIS implementation, enhancement, and system optimization.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll processes, and service delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, IT, Finance, or a related field.
HRIS or Payroll certifications are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end HR service delivery with a focus on HRIS-driven operations.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery standards.
Manage HRIS platforms, including Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors.
Ensure compliance with US payroll statutory requirements and reporting.
Drive automation, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
Monitor HR data accuracy, reporting integrity, and audit readiness.
Act as the escalation point for HRIS and payroll-related issues.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and client stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
Support governance reviews and continuous service improvement initiatives.
