Digital Ad Campaign Manager – Programmatic & Geofencing
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3–5 Years
Band: BPO 2/3
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Digital Ad Campaign Manager with hands-on expertise in programmatic advertising, geofencing, location-based targeting, and campaign optimization. The role will manage digital campaigns across multiple channels and optimize performance to deliver measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage geofencing and location-based campaigns using polygon, radius, address, competitor, event, and hyperlocal targeting.
Configure audiences, location rules, frequency caps, budgets, pacing, and campaign parameters in DSP platforms.
Traffic and QA creatives across display, mobile, video, native, and CTV/OTT.
Validate geo boundaries, audience rules, conversion pixels, click trackers, landing pages, and third-party tags.
Monitor live campaigns for delivery, impressions, clicks, conversions, footfall, and attribution.
Identify and resolve under-pacing, over-pacing, geo leakage, low CTR, tag errors, and attribution issues.
Optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, footfall, and store visits.
Develop audience strategies using demographic, behavioral, CRM, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, consent, location-data, platform, and brand-safety requirements.
Coordinate with account teams, sales, creative teams, vendors, and clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic media buying, or performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with geofencing, location-based targeting, mobile advertising, retargeting, and programmatic campaigns.
Experience with DSP/geofencing platforms such as Simpli.fi, GroundTruth, StackAdapt, Basis, The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar.
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, audience targeting, attribution, conversion tracking, mobile display, video, and CTV/OTT.
Strong Excel and campaign reporting/analytics skills.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, ad servers, pixels, UTM tracking, click/impression tags, and attribution platforms.
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Experience with competitor conquesting, event targeting, store-visit attribution, or multi-location campaigns is preferred.
