About the Role
We're hiring an experienced EDC Programmer with expertise in Veeva CDMS, Veeva Studio, eCRF Development, Electronic Data Capture (EDC), Clinical Data Management, Clinical Database Programming, and Clinical Trials. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience designing, configuring, validating, and maintaining clinical databases while supporting global clinical studies.
If you have experience in eCRF Design, Veeva CDMS Configuration, Edit Check Programming, SDV/SDR Configuration, Clinical Database Validation, and Post Go-Live Change Management, this is an excellent opportunity to work on global clinical research projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop eCRF screens based on study protocols and eCRF specifications using Veeva Studio.
Configure SDV, SDR, Safety, and Coding within the Veeva CDMS platform.
Participate in protocol reviews, eCRF design discussions, and clinical study meetings.
Program and validate edit checks, protocol deviation checks, and study-specific business rules.
Perform developer testing, unit testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Manage post go-live enhancements, impact analysis, change requests, and system updates.
Maintain study documentation including annotated eCRFs, developer checklists, and eTMF documentation.
Support database design, programming, validation, and clinical data transfer activities.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and clinical data management standards.
Collaborate with Clinical Data Managers, Study Data Leads, Validation teams, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the study lifecycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific, Technical, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Hands-on experience with Veeva CDMS and Veeva Studio.
Strong knowledge of eCRF Design, Clinical Database Programming, Edit Checks, SDV/SDR Configuration, and Clinical Data Management.
Experience supporting clinical trials, clinical database validation, and post go-live change management.
Strong understanding of clinical research processes, study protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Eligibility (Non-Negotiable)
Candidates must currently be based in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.
Hands-on experience with Veeva CDMS, Veeva Studio, eCRF Development, and Clinical Database Programming is mandatory.
International BPO experience is mandatory. Profiles without International BPO experience will not be considered.
Graduation is mandatory.
PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for profile creation.
