PROCUREMENT OPERATIONS - FRENCH RESOURCE | HYDERABAD | UPTO 9 LPA | BPO 2/3 | NIGHT SHIFT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide effective French language support for procurement operations, ensuring alignment with client legal and statutory requirements, agreed company processes, and Service Level Agreements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Delivery

- Use French language proficiency to read, understand, and communicate business and process-related information

- Work quickly, safely, and efficiently to meet Service Level Agreements

- Ensure products and procurement requests are processed and delivered within agreed timelines

- Apply basic understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain Operations while supporting language-based procurement activities

- Receive PR/SC requests, perform standard due diligence and validation checks, and support Purchase Order creation while interpreting French language inputs

- Ensure accuracy and SLA compliance by monitoring productivity on daily, weekly, and monthly basis

- Identify, support, and implement process improvement initiatives

- Maintain and implement a personal development plan with immediate supervisor

- Adhere to standard operating procedures and training manuals

- Ensure quality compliance for all deliverables

- Complete assigned activities within agreed deadlines

- Be flexible to work rotational night shifts

2. Business Partnership

- Foster and maintain effective communication within the team

- Build and maintain positive business relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Support French language communication with stakeholders to facilitate timely clarification and resolution of operational queries

- Attend weekly calls and other business communications with the client’s local teams as required

3. Domain-Specific Responsibilities

- Apply basic understanding of procurement process cycle and supply chain operations

- Ensure timely and accurate processing, receipt, and validation of procurement requests

- Handle customer and third-party stakeholder queries

- Follow up on open items to ensure timely closure

- Adhere to the customer-provided escalation matrix for unresolved items

- Perform peer-to-peer quality checks to minimize processing errors

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Primary Skill: Proficiency in French with ability to read, understand, and communicate process-related information effectively

- Secondary Skills: Basic knowledge of Procurement Operations and Supply Chain Operations

- Experience or understanding of PR/SC processing, Purchase Order creation support, and process compliance

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Good understanding of customer quality and productivity expectations
