Employee Master Data Team Lead
Location: Pune
Experience: 6–10 Years
Qualification: Graduate in Any Discipline
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Employee Master Data Team Lead with strong expertise in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), reconciliation and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in employee master data management, data accuracy, governance and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Perform, manage and review employee master data management (MDM) transaction processing activities.
Handle employee master data updates and changes in SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC).
Perform data reconciliations, identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve recurring data issues.
Prepare and publish MIS reports, dashboards and operational performance reports.
Ensure compliance with data governance standards, SOX controls and audit requirements.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and maintain data accuracy.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and data quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6–10 years of relevant experience in employee master data management or HR operations.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capabilities – Mandatory.
Hands-on experience in reconciliation and MIS reporting.
Practical experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) – Mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to Data Quality and Governance frameworks.
SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors certification.
Experience with process improvement and audit compliance.
