Hiring: Enterprise Service Delivery Manager (Telecom – B2B) | Chennai | 6–8 Years | Up to ₹17 LPA

We are hiring an Enterprise Service Delivery Manager (Telecom – B2B) to manage end-to-end enterprise service delivery and customer activation for complex telecom solutions.

Location: Chennai
Experience: 6–8 Years
Salary: Up to ₹17 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end B2B service delivery from order acceptance to service activation.
Coordinate with sales, presales, engineering, planning, suppliers, billing, and support teams.
Ensure timely customer onboarding, service activation, and billing readiness.
Govern vendor and supplier relationships while ensuring SLA compliance.
Track delivery milestones, manage escalations, and mitigate delivery risks.
Support customer engineering, solution validation, and order feasibility.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational governance.
Monitor backlog, ageing orders, reporting, and service performance.

Required Skills

6–8 years of experience in Telecom B2B service delivery or order fulfillment.
Experience in Lead-to-Activate, customer delivery, and service activation operations.
Strong knowledge of SLA management, vendor governance, and escalation handling.
Experience managing enterprise, multi-site, and strategic customer deliveries.
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to drive RCA, continuous improvement, and workflow automation.

Eligibility

6–8 years of relevant Telecom B2B experience.
Willing to work from Chennai.
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.
PAN and DOB are required for profile creation.
