Job Overview

We are hiring Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Freshers for the Finance Analyst / Record-to-Report (R2R) Analyst position in Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial accounting, general ledger accounting, and R2R processes.

Key Responsibilities

  Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

  Prepare and post journal entries.

  Assist with general ledger accounting.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Support financial reporting activities.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Understand and manage accruals and provisions.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Ensure accuracy of accounting records.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Support audit and internal control activities.
  
  
  
  

Mandatory Requirements

• 
  
  
  
  Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

  Fresher or 0–1 year of experience.

  Strong knowledge of financial accounting.

  Understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

  Knowledge of General Ledger (GL) accounting.

  Understanding of journal entries, accruals and provisions.

  Basic knowledge of financial statements and accounting standards.

  Working knowledge of MS Excel.
  
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

  Knowledge of SAP FICO or Oracle Financials.
