Hiring: French Language Executive
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Work Setup: Work from Office
Shift: Night Shift / 24x7 Rotational Shift
Experience: 4–8 Years
Band: BPO 3
Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer support and business operations support in French and English.
Communicate effectively with native French-speaking stakeholders.
Handle customer queries while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with defined processes and quality standards.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing business requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and timely updates in internal systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in French (written and spoken) with CEFR B2 or above preferred (minimum B1–B2).
Ability to communicate confidently with native French speakers.
Experience in customer service or customer interaction.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Quick learner with the ability to understand new systems and processes.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good computer proficiency.
QA competency from Novice to Effective level.
Good to Have:
Workday Workforce Lifecycle experience.
Knowledge of Organization and Absence Management.
Experience with HR operations or shared services.
