Job Title : German Language Specialist – Cards Operations | Disputes & Collections | German B2/C1

Job Description

We are hiring a German Language Specialist – Cards Operations in Mumbai with 2–10 years of experience in Cards Operations, Disputes, Collections, and German language support. The role involves handling German-language client communication, supporting card operations processes, preparing MIS reports, analyzing operational data, and ensuring stringent client deliverables and service quality. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Cards Operations – Disputes & Collections processes while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with client requirements.
Communicate effectively with German-speaking clients and stakeholders through written and verbal German.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance reports using MS Office tools.
Analyze operational data, identify issues and trends, and support timely resolution of process and client-related concerns.
Ensure stringent client deliverables, SLA adherence, effective presentations, and high-quality service delivery.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Any Discipline, preferably Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
2–10 years of relevant experience in Cards Operations, Banking Operations, Disputes, Collections, or Financial Services BPO.
Strong German language proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
Good analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and ability to meet stringent client deliverables.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
