Job Title: German Language Specialist – Cards Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a German Language Specialist – Cards Operations with strong German language skills and knowledge of Cards Operations – Disputes & Collections. The ideal candidate should have good analytical, communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Cards Operations activities related to Disputes & Collections.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports.
Use MS Office tools for reporting and daily operations.
Meet stringent client deliverables and timelines.
Support effective presentations when required.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Apply strong analytical thinking to operational activities.

Qualifications

2–10 years of relevant experience.
Strong German language proficiency – written and verbal.
Knowledge of Cards Operations – Disputes & Collections.
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
Experience in MIS reporting.
Effective presentation skills.
Ability to meet stringent client deliverables.
Immediate joiners preferred.
