Job Title: Global Mobility Specialist – Immigration & Relocation
Skill: Immigration Experience & Compliance: Country to Country Move (Individual Processor)
Location: Mumbai or Bengaluru
Experience: 4-8 years
Band: BPO 3

**Immigration Experience & Compliance: Country to Country Move (Individual Processor)**

This position will provide Country to Country Move support to the client and other stakeholders with high
level of effectiveness, efficiency, empathy and a focus on Employee Data. The specialist will manage the
Group Mailbox and SharePoint for the incoming requests and assist with collaboration of various
stakeholders and processes involved like submitting request, developing move Offer, extending offer,
facilitating move and closing the request.
Should have good knowledge and understanding of the Immigration Experience & Compliance provided
to employees of US region and Global region.
The incumbent will need to proficient in excel and online tools with a keen eye for details.

**Knowledge & Experience**
• Working Experience of 5-6 years for Immigration Experience & Compliance.
• Working and managing Group Mailbox and SharePoint is a must.
• Knowledge of competitive vs non-competitive move and creating and releasing offers
• Global Mobility experience for the US region will be an added advantage. (knowledge and experience of handling Domestic & international relocations will be a good addition)
• Proficient communication skills are a Must.
• Good working experience in Workday, Service Now will be a good add but not mandatory.
• Preparing and publishing weekly and monthly reports of all transactions processed.
• Understand the concept of SLA’s and the adherence to it.
• Ability to handle pressure and strong understanding of adhering to deadlines.
• Able to handle work as an individual contributor in this role and at the same time be a team player.
• Must be able to multi-task, maintain confidentiality, work independently, work with proper due diligence and have good organizational skills.
• Experience in handling pilot transition/Knowledge transfer exposure will be a good value addition.
• Should have the ability to present data in a logical manner and client facing exposure is a must.

**Formal Education & Certification**
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications)

**Working Conditions**
• Work Shift will be dependent on geography/region coverage requirements across a 24-hour * 7 service delivery.
• Work from office (No work from home)
• Agile to extended work hours when needed to meet deadlines without prompting.
