Job Description:

• Lead and manage proactive sourcing, outreach, and relationship-building to attract high-quality candidates/students to the university
• Support hiring goals through targeted recruitment campaigns, event participation, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven strategies
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline and talent pools for high-turnover or hard-to-fill roles
• Representing the university at career fairs, university visits, community events, and virtual recruiting sessions
• Manage applicant tracking system (Workday) entries, maintain accurate recruitment metrics, and produce regular reports
• Conduct thorough screening (phone/video interviews) and present shortlists with assessment summaries.
• Prepare offer packages, coordinate approvals, and closely working with compensation within policy limits

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Most roles require 2-5 years of experience in University Recruitment or Recruitment.
• Ability to travel for university events and work occasionally.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with HRIS platforms (like Workday) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is standard.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and the ability to act as a “trusted consultant” to hiring managers and diverse new hires
