Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Global University Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and talent pipeline development. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, relationship-building, and recruitment coordination skills, along with experience using ATS/HRIS platforms such as Workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global recruitment, sourcing, and candidate engagement activities.

• Build talent pipelines through targeted sourcing, networking, and recruitment campaigns.

• Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist qualified candidates.

• Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders.

• Represent the organization at career fairs, university events, and recruitment drives.

• Maintain candidate records, recruitment metrics, and reports in Workday or other ATS tools.

• Coordinate offer preparation, approvals, and compensation-related activities.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely recruitment delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 7–10 years of relevant recruitment experience.

• Experience in university recruitment, campus hiring, or talent acquisition is preferred.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment events.
