Hiring For Data-Driven Product Analyst in Mumbai

Role: Product Analyst

Location: India (Mumbai)

Maximum CTC: 20 LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and data-driven Product Analyst. They would be responsible for product research, building and roll-out of the products. They would be a problem-solver with the ability to dive deep into the details of every task.

The Analyst would be responsible with working with the product leadership to document requirements, track progress with the engineering teams and work with the users on adoption and roll-out. Other responsibilities would be to analyse data, evaluate new opportunities, conduct research and work with the relevant teams to get it implemented.

Responsibilities:

1. Research the business processes to identify new opportunities

2. Analyze historical and market data for product planning

3. Clear and detailed requirement documentation

4. Interact with the engineering teams for product delivery

5. Track progress/KPIs of all products and derive insights for future enhancements

6. Release and change management with Engineering, Operations and Support teams

7. Work closely with the product leadership for the roadmap planning and delivery

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of product management experience for a product company

2. Highly motivated and result-oriented

3. Ability to work independently with moderate supervision

4. Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus

5. Ability to work with teams from multiple geographies and time zones

6. Familiarity with agile development framework and SDLC; experience with JIRA or other

tracking tools is a plus

7. Clear and compelling in written and spoken communication

8. Resourceful and hands-on with problem solving skills

9. Comfortable with a fast paced start-up environment
