HRIS Analyst
Location: Bangalore, India | Work Setup: Onsite
Job Type: Full-time | Band: BPO 1/2 | Experience: 1–5 Years
Job ID: 413000 | Salary: 6–7 LPA
Role Summary
Support HR by maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing HRIS platforms. Act as the bridge between HR operations and technology to ensure data accuracy, system functionality, reporting, and process improvements. Infor experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- HRIS Data & Configuration: Maintain and update HRIS data with accuracy and compliance. Configure fields, workflows, and modules under senior guidance
- System Support: Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT/vendors. Support upgrades, testing, and new feature rollouts
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and run recurring/ad-hoc HR reports [headcount, turnover, compliance, etc.]. Analyze data to identify trends and support decisions
- Data Integrity: Perform audits and quality checks to ensure clean, compliant HR data
- HR Partnership: Partner with TA, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, etc. to optimize system usage. Support annual cycles like performance, open enrollment, and compensation planning
- Training & Documentation: Create user guides and training materials. Conduct sessions for HR staff and managers on system functionality
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of all HR and employee data
Required Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience: 2–4 years in HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Analytics. Experience with at least 1 major HRIS platform, Infor preferred
- Technical Skills: MS Office with strong Excel [VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning]. System implementation/module rollout exposure. Basic understanding of HR laws and regulations
- Competencies: Analytical mindset, Problem-solving, Attention to detail, Multi-tasking, Customer-service orientation, Willingness to learn new tools
Work Environment
Office-based. Extended PC work required. Occasional lifting up to 15 lbs. Travel to plant/customer sites may be needed.
