Job Opportunity: Learning Content Analyst
Role: Learning Content Analyst
Experience: 3–5 Years
Band: BPO 2/3
Work Type: Full-time (Flexible – 24/7 operations, including US shift/night shifts)
Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Learning Content Analyst with experience in digital learning platforms and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP). The role involves managing learning systems, analyzing learner data, and supporting the design and delivery of impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer the Degreed platform, including user management and system configuration
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand learning requirements and objectives
Develop and curate engaging learning paths and content libraries
Monitor and analyze learning data to measure program effectiveness
Support the creation of standardized learning processes, templates, and procedures
Ensure learning content meets accessibility standards
Partner with business teams to align learning initiatives with expected outcomes
Required Skills
Strong understanding of LXP and digital learning platforms
Experience in troubleshooting learner and platform-related issues
Ability to analyze learning data and performance metrics
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Eligibility Criteria
3+ years of experience in L&D, HR, or related field
Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP (Degreed preferred)
Experience in content curation and learning pathway design
Strong project management and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, or related field
Good to Have: CPTD Certification
