What You'll Do
As an HRIS Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting HR technology and ensuring HR systems operate efficiently and accurately.
HRIS Administration & System Support
Maintain and update employee data within the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Configure system fields, workflows, and modules under the guidance of senior HRIS professionals.
Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate with IT teams or system vendors for timely resolution.
Support HRIS upgrades, testing activities, and implementation of new system features.
Assist in system enhancements and continuous process improvements.
HR Data Analytics & Reporting
Develop, generate, and maintain recurring and ad hoc HR reports, including:
Headcount
Employee Turnover
Compliance Metrics
Workforce Analytics
Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Provide actionable insights to support strategic HR and business decisions.
Perform regular data audits to ensure data quality and integrity.
HR Operations Support
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development, and other HR teams to optimize system usage.
Support key annual HR processes such as:
Performance Management
Compensation Planning
Benefits/Open Enrollment
Talent Reviews
Ensure HR processes are supported through effective system configuration and reporting.
Documentation & User Training
Develop and maintain user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
Conduct HRIS training sessions for HR teams and managers.
Promote best practices in system usage and data management.
Data Governance & Compliance
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and organizational data.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, data governance standards, and applicable employment regulations.
Support audit requests by providing accurate documentation and reports.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in:
HRIS Administration
HR Operations
HR Analytics
HR Shared Services
Hands-on experience with at least one major HRIS platform (Infor preferred).
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly:
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Cleaning)
Word
PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting HRIS implementations, upgrades, or module rollouts.
Understanding of HR policies, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Exposure to HR reporting, workforce analytics, and dashboard development.
Experience working in HR Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) environments.
