Job Title: HRO Learning & Development (German Language)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–4 Years

Salary: 3–5 LPA
Shift: Night Shift / Rotational Shift
Language Requirement: German Language Proficiency (B1/B2 Certification Mandatory)
About the Role
TCS is looking for dynamic professionals to join the HRO Learning & Development team. The role involves supporting learning administration, training coordination, stakeholder management, and training operations for global HR processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong German and English communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced shared services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end Learning & Development operations within the HRO environment.
Coordinate training schedules, learning events, and stakeholder communication in German and English.
Manage training nominations, learning records, completion tracking, and related documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams, managers, employees, and vendors to ensure seamless learning delivery.
Maintain accuracy in reports, dashboards, and training administration activities.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and process compliance.
Handle learner queries and provide timely resolution for training-related requests.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in learning administration processes.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in HRO, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Shared Services, or Back-Office Operations.
German language proficiency is mandatory.
B1/B2 German Certification is compulsory.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
Basic understanding of HR processes or Learning & Development operations.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and process orientation.
Preferred Skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work from the Bangalore office.
Exposure to HR systems or learning platforms will be an added advantage.
