Looking to grow your career in an international customer support role? We’re hiring Customer Service Associates for global voice processes supporting Banking, Cards, and other international accounts.

What we’re looking for:

* Graduate with 1–3 years of international voice/contact center experience, or HSC with 18 months–3 years of relevant experience
* Experience in Banking, Travel, Healthcare, Collections, E-commerce, Telecom, Technical Support, or any international voice process
* Excellent English communication with a neutral accent
* Strong customer service, problem-solving, and computer skills
* Willing to work rotational 24/7 shifts aligned with US, UK, or Australian business hours
