Job Title : International Voice Process Executive | Customer Service Associate | US & Australia Process | Mumbai & Pune

Job Description :

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for International Voice Processes supporting US and Australia Banking & Cards customers. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with international voice experience who have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Locations: Mumbai & Pune
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through inbound/outbound voice support.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality standards.
Achieve SLA, AHT, CSAT, and productivity targets.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Follow process guidelines and compliance requirements.
Adapt to changing business requirements and process updates.

Required Qualifications

Graduate with 1–3 years of International Voice experience.
OR HSC with 18 months–3 years of International Voice experience.
Experience in Banking, Travel, Healthcare, Collections, E-commerce, Telecom, or Technical Support is preferred.
Excellent English communication with a neutral accent.
Good computer skills and typing proficiency.
Willing to work in a 24×7 rotational shift.
