Mandarin Supplier Enablement Specialist

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 1–4 Years
Shift: Rotational / Night Shift

Job Summary

We are looking for a Mandarin Supplier Enablement Specialist to support end-to-end supplier onboarding and enablement activities. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, validating documentation and data, resolving onboarding-related queries, and working with internal Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Compliance teams to ensure timely supplier activation.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end supplier onboarding across procurement platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, and Oracle.
Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers regarding onboarding requirements, documentation, and system processes.
Assist suppliers with registration, profile setup, and compliance verification.
Validate supplier information for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Ensure suppliers meet business, regulatory, and system requirements before activation.
Provide non-voice support through email, ticketing systems, and digital channels.
Troubleshoot supplier onboarding, invoicing, and data validation issues.
Collaborate with Procurement, AP, and Compliance teams to resolve complex queries.
Track and follow up on open supplier requests to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate supplier records and documentation.
Support audits, reporting, SOPs, workflows, and knowledge-base updates.
Meet defined customer quality and productivity expectations.

Required Skills

Mandarin language proficiency with the ability to read, understand, and communicate process-related information.
Basic knowledge of Supplier Enablement and Supply Chain Operations.
Understanding of customer quality and productivity expectations.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.

Education

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).

Eligibility
