O2C Analyst – End-to-End Operations & GST/TDS
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 1–7 Years
Band: BPO 1/2/3
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA
Job Overview
We are hiring O2C Analysts with experience in Order to Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable operations. Candidates should have knowledge of SAP, Indian accounting, GST/TDS, billing, collections, cash application, and MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Validate customer orders and process invoices with accurate GST and e-invoicing.
Handle debit notes, credit notes, refunds, and billing discrepancies.
Manage collections, cash applications, and customer account reconciliations.
Monitor outstanding payments and prepare AR ageing and MIS reports.
Support month-end closing, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Use SAP and MS Excel for transaction processing and reporting.
Maintain SOPs and support automation and process improvement initiatives.
For BPO3, handle escalations, complex disputes, and mentor junior team members.

Qualification
B.Com (Hons.), M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or ICWA/CMA Inter.
Work Requirements
100% work from office in Kolkata
Willingness to work in a 24×7 environment as per company policy
