Preferred Education, Skills and Experience

Education Level:

• B.E. (Electronics & Communication or IT) / Diploma Electronics & Communication / BCA with 1–5 years of experience in Networking or Telecom.

Certification:

• Preferred to be CCNA certified / CCNA Trained.

Experience:

• Networking knowledge / Telecom knowledge is preferred.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exposure to working on provisioning configuration of Telecom services.

• Readiness to work in shifts (mostly for night shift).

• Ready to work from Gandhinagar location (Gujarat).

• Experience in last-mile access network and network elements routers.

• Good understanding of telecom processes.

• Basic understanding of telecom technologies such as FTTB, FTTN, VDSL, Copper, GPON, etc.

• Experience in the design, configuration and telecom systems, hardware and software applications.

• Understanding of switching systems, cabling and fiber optics.

• Knowledge of network topology.

• Nokia/Juniper/Cisco Platforms 78xx, 65xx, firewalls, routers, switches would be an added advantage.

• LAN, WAN, WLAN infrastructures.

• Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SMTP, NTP, SNMP, VoIP.

• ATM, MPLS, Frame Relay, and Metro Ethernet.
