Job Description
The Design function is responsible for developing digital and design-led assets while ensuring fully branded, accurate, and high-quality deliverables. The team works across areas such as HTML, responsive web, interactive design, infographics, data visualization, publications, advertising, user experience, sales materials, and event/environmental design.
The selected candidate will work with a US-based customer from Bangalore and will be responsible for creating and editing a variety of design assets, including presentations, reports, advertisements, and templates within customer applications.
Key Responsibilities
Follow creative direction and demonstrate strong follow-through.
Maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery across production schedules, revisions, and deadlines.
Collaborate effectively with design and non-design teams to execute multiple projects.
Own projects from initiation through execution with complete accountability.
Create superior visual designs while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Create and edit templates in customer applications.
Develop presentations, reports, advertisements, and other digital/design assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS.
Strong analytical ability to identify design opportunities and address client requirements through effective design solutions.
Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere.
Ability to create freehand and/or digital illustrations.
Strong attention to detail, quality, consistency, and deadlines.
Ability to collaborate with both design and non-design teams.
