Hiring: Onboarding Manager – HRO Services

Location: Bengaluru Experience: 9–12 Years CTC: Up to ₹17 LPA Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM–5:00 AM IST)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Manager to manage end-to-end HRO onboarding operations, client coordination, compliance, and process delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end employee onboarding processes • Manage client & internal stakeholder coordination • Ensure documentation and compliance requirements are met • Monitor onboarding timelines, KPIs and client satisfaction • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency • Manage a team of 35+ members

Requirements

• 9–12 years of experience in HRO/HR Services • 5+ years in Onboarding/Implementation leadership • Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP, Workday or BambooHR • Advanced Excel and strong project management skills • Excellent client communication and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
