Description / Requirements

Service Delivery Experience

Team handling

Experience in sales & retention

Inbound international process

Someone from technical process is preferred

Excellent communication skills

Total Experience - 7 to 8 years

Good reporting skills - Word, excel and Power Point (PPT)

Education - Graduate

Shift Timings : 6.30 pm onwards

Candidates with technical knowledge, sales and retention is a huge plus.

Salary - 12 lacs Max

Notice Period: To Start Immediately
