Procurement Operations – Portuguese Resource

Location: New Delhi
Experience: 2–5 Years
CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA
Band: BPO 2/3
Shift: Night Shift (Rotational)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Procurement Operations Professional to support procurement activities by processing purchase requests, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with procurement processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate should have strong Portuguese language skills along with a basic understanding of procurement and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Read, understand, and communicate business information in Portuguese.
Process Procurement Requests (PR) and support Purchase Order (PO) creation.
Perform due diligence and validation checks on procurement requests.
Ensure timely processing while meeting SLAs and quality standards.
Monitor daily productivity and maintain process accuracy.
Handle customer and stakeholder queries effectively.
Follow up on pending requests for timely closure.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Adhere to SOPs, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders.
Attend business calls with client teams when required.
Perform peer quality checks to minimize errors.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Portuguese (Reading, Writing & Communication).
Basic knowledge of Procurement Operations and Supply Chain Operations.
Experience in PR/SC processing and Purchase Order (PO) support.
Good understanding of procurement compliance and documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

2–5 years of relevant experience.
Willingness to work rotational night shifts:
- 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.
