Role Overview
TCS is looking for a Procurement Team Member to support end-to-end sourcing and procurement operations. The role involves Purchase Requisition (PR) processing, Purchase Order (PO) management, spot buying, supplier coordination, procurement helpdesk support, quotation analysis, and procurement compliance while ensuring timely procurement execution and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement transactions from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO).
Process PRs, create and amend Purchase Orders.
Handle PO confirmations and expediting activities.
Support spot buying by issuing RFQs and evaluating supplier quotations.
Conduct supplier bid comparison and recommend sourcing solutions.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for timely procurement.
Resolve procurement-related queries through Procurement Helpdesk support.
Maintain procurement records and ERP system data accuracy.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and organizational standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes.

1–10 years of Sourcing / Procurement experience.
Procurement Operations.
Purchase Requisition (PR) Processing.

Spot Buying.
