Role Overview

TCS is hiring a Project Manager to lead Company Financials Delivery for the Equity Capital Market team across global delivery centers. The role involves managing large-scale financial information services, leading global teams, driving client governance, ensuring SLA compliance, managing P&L, staffing, process improvement, and delivering high-quality financial reports with strong domain expertise in capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Company Financials delivery across global delivery centers.
Manage Equity Capital Market and Financial Information Services operations.
Lead teams of 100–200 members across multiple geographies.
Drive client governance, reviews, SLA adherence, and operational excellence.
Interpret and analyze financial statements and company financial reports.
Manage client meetings and serve as the primary delivery SPOC.
Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvements.
Lead staffing, training, and workforce planning.
Manage P&L responsibilities for the assigned cluster.
Identify new business opportunities, effort estimation, pricing, and validation.
Mentor teams and drive performance management.
Participate in transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in Capital Markets / Financial Information Services.
Minimum 5 years managing large capital market assignments.
Company Financial Reports.
Equity Capital Markets.
Financial Statement Analysis.
Financial Reporting.
Client Management.
Team Leadership.
P&L Management.
