Role Overview:
we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Analyst with Six Sigma Black Belt certification to
lead and implement quality improvement initiatives across projects. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in process improvement, data analysis, and quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Management:
Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards and processes for projects.
Ensure compliance with organizational and client quality objectives.
2. Six Sigma Initiatives:
Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to optimize processes and reduce defects.
Use Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC/DMADV) to drive data-driven decision-making.
Mentor and train team members on Six Sigma principles and tools.
3. Data Analysis:
Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Generate detailed quality reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
4. Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Design and implement process improvement frameworks.
5. Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables and quality goals.
Present findings and improvement strategies to senior management and clients.
Required Qualifications:
Certification: Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory).
Experience: 10+ years in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, or related fields.
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Key Skills:
Proficiency in Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
Expertise in data analysis using tools like Minitab, Power BI, or Excel.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, CMMI, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of automation tools and technology-driven quality improvement.
Prior experience in IT services or consulting.
NOTE:
