Role Overview

TCS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Analyst with a Six Sigma Black Belt certification to lead and implement quality improvement initiatives across projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance, process improvement, data analysis, and quality management systems. This role requires driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management

Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards and processes across projects.
Ensure compliance with organizational and client quality objectives.
Establish and maintain quality management systems and best practices.

Six Sigma Initiatives

Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to optimize business processes and reduce defects.
Apply Six Sigma methodologies such as DMAIC and DMADV to drive data-driven improvements.
Mentor, coach, and train team members on Six Sigma principles, tools, and techniques.

Data Analysis

Analyze project and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Develop quality reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management and stakeholders.
Utilize analytical tools to support process improvement initiatives.

Process Improvement

Identify process gaps and operational inefficiencies.
Recommend and implement sustainable solutions to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Design and deploy process improvement frameworks across projects.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve quality objectives.
Present quality findings, improvement plans, and project updates to senior leadership and customers.
Ensure timely delivery of quality initiatives aligned with business goals.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Mandatory Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, or related functions.
