Role/Skill: Indirect Sourcing Specialist

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2–7 Years
Band: BPO 2/3
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA

Role Summary

Execute sourcing and procurement activities for assigned indirect categories, ensuring competitive sourcing, accurate documentation, supplier coordination, and compliance with procurement policies and service requirements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related field.

Experience Required

2–7 years of experience in Indirect Procurement, Sourcing Operations, Purchasing, or Category Support roles.
Experience in supplier management, sourcing execution, procurement operations, and contract administration.
Knowledge of procurement processes, spend analysis, and supplier performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Run sourcing events for assigned indirect categories, including supplier communication, bid tabulation, and commercial evaluation support.
Coordinate with stakeholders to capture business requirements, service scope, timelines, and budget expectations.
Support negotiation, contracting, and supplier onboarding processes in line with defined governance.
Maintain sourcing documentation, commercial records, supplier master inputs, and approval trails.
Track supplier performance, contract milestones, renewal timelines, and issue resolution actions.
Analyze spend and supplier data to identify savings opportunities and category insights.
Work with procurement operations and finance teams to resolve purchase order, invoice, and service acceptance issues.
Ensure sourcing activities comply with internal controls, procurement policies, and audit requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing workflows, templates, and reporting.
