Real Estate Sourcing Specialist
Location: Hyderabad, India | Work Setup: Onsite
Job Type: Full-time | Band: BPO 2/3 | Experience: 2–7 Years

Role Summary
Support sourcing and procurement for real estate and workplace-related categories. Coordinate sourcing events, supplier interactions, commercial analysis, documentation, and contract/service follow-through to ensure operational continuity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Execution: Run sourcing events for real estate/facilities categories. Manage supplier outreach, bid comparison, and commercial evaluation support
- Stakeholder Coordination: Gather scope, technical requirements, service levels, site details, and budgets from internal stakeholders
- Supplier & Contract Management: Support onboarding, contract documentation, approvals, and compliance checks. Maintain sourcing records, supplier data, commercial files, and contract trackers
- Operations & Tracking: Track milestones, renewals, service issues, and supplier commitments. Follow up on corrective actions and escalations
- Commercial Analysis: Analyze spend, pricing, and supplier performance to identify savings and process improvement opportunities
- Cross-Functional Support: Work with Procurement Ops, Finance, Legal, and Facilities to resolve sourcing, ordering, invoicing, or contract admin issues
- Governance: Ensure all sourcing complies with internal policies, approval controls, documentation standards, and audit requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 2–7 years in sourcing, procurement, facilities procurement, workplace services procurement, real estate ops, or related commercial roles. [JD states 5–10 yrs preferred]
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, Facilities Management, or related field
- Core Skills: Sourcing execution, Supplier coordination, Commercial analysis, Contract administration, Stakeholder communication, Reporting, Process discipline
