Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Sourcing Specialist to support sourcing and procurement activities for real estate, workplace, and facilities-related categories. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and commercial analysis, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure efficient procurement operations, contract compliance, and service continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Execute sourcing events for real estate, workplace, and facilities-related categories, including supplier identification, RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluation, and commercial analysis.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, technical specifications, site details, budgets, and service expectations.
Support supplier onboarding, contract documentation, approval processes, and compliance activities.
Maintain sourcing records, supplier databases, commercial documentation, and contract trackers in accordance with company policies.
Monitor supplier commitments, contract renewals, service milestones, and issue resolution to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Analyze procurement spend, pricing trends, supplier performance, and sourcing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Assist in supplier negotiations, performance review meetings, and follow-up on corrective actions and escalations.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Facilities, and Operations teams to resolve sourcing, invoicing, ordering, and contract administration issues.
Ensure sourcing activities comply with procurement policies, governance standards, approval controls, and audit requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and supplier performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–7 years of experience in Real Estate Procurement, Facilities Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Operations, Category Management, or Supplier Management.
Strong understanding of sourcing lifecycle, procurement processes, supplier relationship management, and contract administration.
Experience in commercial analysis, bid evaluation, and supplier performance management.
Good knowledge of procurement documentation, governance, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or equivalent preferred).
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Finance, Facilities Management, or a related field.
